I have just sent off the cameras to the designers who agreed to help with the project. In the package I sent them a copy of the written brief with an individual note to each person. The summary of the note was basically to thank them for taking part in the project and just to let them know that I am working to a deadline so the cameras need to be returned around the beginning of march in order for me to gather the images and look at layout, text to accompany the images (if necessary) and binding techniques.

Hi,
Just to let you know, I sent the cameras out yesterday, so hopefully it should be with you soon, could you let me know when you get it?
I've put a little note in with the information about the project but email me with any questions!
